1. Purpose of This Disclosure

1.1. The purpose of this Risk Disclosure (hereinafter: Disclosure) is to ensure that, before using the Bettornia service (hereinafter: Service; operator: By One Click s. r. o., registered seat: Sobieskeho 482/6A, 943 01 Štúrovo, Slovak Republic), the user (hereinafter: User) clearly understands the risks associated with betting activity and with the use of the Service.

1.2. By using the Service, the User declares that they have read and understood this Disclosure and acknowledge the risks set out in it.

2. The Role of Bettornia — What It Provides and What It Does Not

2.1. Bettornia is a software-based analytical and recommendation system. The Service identifies betting opportunities (in particular arbitrage or "surebet" opportunities), makes recommendations regarding them, and supports the placing of bets with third-party bookmakers registered in the User's own name.

2.2. Bettornia is not a bookmaker, not a gambling organiser and not a gambling service provider. The Operator does not accept stakes, does not pay out winnings, and does not hold a gambling licence, as it does not itself organise gambling. Bets are in all cases placed by the User, in their own name and at their own risk.

2.3. Bettornia does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The recommendations of the Service are information based solely on mathematical and statistical analysis; they do not constitute advice and do not replace the User's own decision.

3. No Guaranteed Profit

3.1. The Operator does not guarantee any profit, return or result. Past or presented results are no guarantee of future results.

3.2. Arbitrage ("surebet") opportunities theoretically promise a risk-free return; in practice, however, a loss may also occur for a number of reasons, including:

the odds may change before or during the placing of a bet;
the bookmaker may reject, limit or void the bet;
one "leg" of the arbitrage is placed successfully while the other is not, resulting in a one-sided, unhedged position;
the bookmaker may subsequently change the settlement of a bet, or invalidate it citing a breach of rules;
human, technical or network errors may occur.

3.3. The User acknowledges that betting activity carries the risk of a partial or total loss of the capital invested, and should only participate with an amount whose loss they are financially able to bear.

4. Risks Associated with Third Parties

4.1. Account restriction and exclusion: bookmakers may, at their own business discretion, limit stake sizes, suspend or terminate the User's account, or refuse payout. This may be particularly common in the case of arbitrage-style or consistently profitable betting behaviour. The bookmaker concerned — and not the Operator — is solely responsible for such decisions and their consequences, including any balance in that account potentially becoming inaccessible.

4.2. Identification (KYC) and payout: bookmakers may request identity verification (KYC) and may withhold payout until it is completed. The legal relationship between the User and the bookmaker is governed solely by the terms of the bookmaker concerned.

4.3. Other third parties: the outage, failure or pricing of additional services used to operate the Service (for example, proxy services, payment channels, internet service providers) may also affect the User's results. The Operator is not liable for these.

5. Legal Compliance — the User's Responsibility

5.1. Laws on gambling and sports betting differ by jurisdiction. In some countries or territories, betting, or arbitrage-style betting, may be restricted or prohibited.

5.2. It is solely the User's responsibility to verify and ensure that the use of the Service and the betting activity are lawful under the laws of their place of residence or stay. The Operator assumes no liability if the User uses the Service in breach of the local law applicable to them.

5.3. The Service may only be used by a person who is at least 18 years of age and has legal capacity.

6. Responsible Participation

6.1. Betting can be addictive. The User should pay attention to their own betting habits and observe the principles of responsible participation (predefined limits, conscious management of the amount they can afford to lose).

6.2. If the User feels that they are losing control over their betting, it is recommended that they seek professional help from organisations specialised in this area.

7. Acknowledgement of Risk

7.1. By using the Service, the User confirms that they:

understand that betting activity involves risk and may result in loss;
acknowledge that the Operator does not guarantee any profit;
make their betting decisions at their own risk;
are responsible for ensuring that their activity complies with the laws applicable to them.

7.2. This Disclosure is to be interpreted together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which are available on the Service interface.
